| Fee Structure VentureAdvisors has a flexible fee structure that can be adapted to suit a client's unique situation and needs. After the Pre-Screening process has established the project's scope and objectives, we will come to an agreement with each client on the fee arrangement. Typically this involves one or a combination of the following: • Flat fee for project, • Hourly/Daily consultative fee, • Retainer and Success Fee (% of Equity and/or Funds Raised) The right fee arrangement will be influenced heavily by the type of project that we are undertaking.
