| Mitchell Madison Group (MMG) Tom was a Partner and Founding Member of a global management consulting firm. He was a member of a core team that grew the firm from start-up to $200+ Million in revenue, 700+ employees and 15 offices. He was a leader in the firm's Corporate Strategy/ Restructuring Practice. In addition he performed significant work in Financial Services, Technology, Business Process Outsourcing and Venture Capital. Walker Digital Corporation Tom served as SVP Business Investment, Lead Entrepreneur at Walker Digital, PriceLine founder Jay Walker's business incubator. He was responsible for evaluating new business models and plans, obtaining seed and second stage financing, structuring joint ventures with major corporations, and managing portfolio companies HorizonLive Inc. Tom served as CEO of HorizonLive, a provider of enterprise software tools and services, where he was hired to perform a turn-around. He managed all aspects of company operations: sales, marketing, PR, product development, system development, client service, finance, administration. In addition he played the lead role in the company's M&A and fund raising efforts. Morgan Stanley & Co. Tom served as an associate in Information Technology where he developed proprietary trading systems and in Investment Banking where he provided analytical support for transactions in Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Merchant Banking. Education Tom holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Management at Dartmouth College. He graduated from Clark University with a BA in Physics, Philosophy and Mathematics |
