| Philosophy and Methodology We believe that success should be measured based on the results we deliver. As such, we will only accept assignment where we can offer significant value-added and the potential for a successful outcome: if we dont feel we can help you, we will not accept the project. Pre-Screening. Prior to accepting any client project we discuss the scope and objectives to determine if there is a good match with our capabilities. The Pre-Screening Process typically requires providing background documents, conducting several discussions and then, assuming we proceed, coming to an understanding on project scope and fees. Pre-Screening usually takes between several days to several weeks depending on the availability of information and the complexity of the business. Pre-Screening is free of charge to all clients. Active Projects: At the outset, a project plan will be developed in concert with the client based on the companys goals (e.g. fundraising vs. M&A vs. restructuring, etc.) and customized to suit its specific situation (e.g. business sector, product maturity, past experience, management skills, etc.). The plan serves as the blueprint for the work that VentureAdvisors performs.
